about

A sequel to On a Date With Manuela. The unnamed deformed twin revenges himself on his brother, who had murdered the only love of his life, the ghost Manuela.

He leaves the farm and is picked up by a truck driver named Annie who drives a rig she calls The Black Plague. She is nice to him despite his deformities, and even names him, Ghoulsby. When he tells the full story, including the murdered Manuela and his brother, Annie is disturbed and sells Ghoulsby to a rundown circus.

The owner is a cruel man who forces Ghoulsby into labor his deformed body is ill-equipped to handle. At night, he is the big star of the show. He is placed on a wooden platform and forced to eat all sorts of live animals and parts of animals.

With the help of a deaf and dumb tightrope walker, Ghoulsby plans his escape.
